We are adaptable, we are motivated by the feeling of success but we are realistic that in some circumstances it might just be time to pack away early and have a cup of tea!

Both Nick and Jane learn from the participants and because our projects run over a number of weeks we can adapt to circumstances as they arise.

We take notice of all care plans, support issues and work with the providers to find solutions.
